Suwat Waterfall is approximately 11 meters high and can be found in Suwat village in Gianyar Regency (here).
The waterfall is easily accessible by car or scooter; the big sign is visible from both sides of the main road. The parking space is big enough and free of charge. The ticket booth is right next to the parking lot.
The price of the ticket is IDR 25,000 (USD 1.7). Once you pass the booth, you may be lucky to see the live Gamelan music on the right side before the entrance gate. There are also cages with saved squirrels, who were rescued before being killed by farmers as considered pests.
After entering the main gate, you will walk through the nice bamboo forest path, and a short easy jungle trek will be ahead of you down to the waterfall.
Before you reach the waterfall area, you will pass the small restaurant with toilets and showers. Prices are reasonable, and we recommend sitting there and enjoying the jungle vibes.
Waterfall offers a lovely refreshing swimming lake, and two jumps you can use for adrenalin fun. The shorter one is approximately two meters high, and the other one, accessible from the cave behind the waterfall, is around four meters high.
You can also rent a floater made of bamboo for a small fee to spice up your Instagram photo.
Pros
+ Good place for swimming and jumping from 2 different heights
+ Nice small restaurant/kiosk at the waterfall with a jungle view
+ Easily accessible
Cons
- Little bit more crowded at the waterfall area
